Corporate Governance

Billebogen Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbh & Co. KG sees corporate governance and compliance as a central challenge for responsible and value-oriented corporate management. This has always been a high priority at Billebogen Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbh & Co. KG. We therefore expressly adopt the Hamburg Corporate Governance Code, the Compliance framework guideline for the public companies of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, and the objectives and purposes it pursues.

The Hamburg Corporate Governance Code is intended to contribute to this,

- to initiate a continuous process to improve corporate governance in Hamburg's public companies,
- to increase the transparency of Hamburg's public companies and to increase confidence in administrative and political decisions through greater publicity and verifiability,
- that management commit to the sustainability goals of the FHH and report on them and
- to define a standard for the cooperation between company owners, the supervisory body and management and to enter into a continuous improvement process.

The Hamburg Corporate Governance Code is based on the German Corporate Governance Code for corporations. It forms the basis for the management, monitoring and auditing of Hamburg's public companies.
