A sports and event arena with around 8,000 seats is to form the heart of the Neuer Huckepackbahnhof district in future. The BBEG would like to use an expression of interest procedure to identify developers, project development companies and investors who are interested in the private-sector project. Feedback and information on the general conditions under which developers and investors could be considered for participation in the future bidding process are also welcome.
